A community-powered, personalized work-study development experience—and a breath of fresh air for families ready for something more.

At The Village, families can choose from thousands of cyber programs available within the U.S.—many of which are fully funded by state education dollars—giving them the freedom to customize their child’s education without added cost. With optional support from our Academic Coaches, parents and students work together to select the program that best fits their learning style, goals, and pace. Because most cyber coursework can be completed in just 2–4 hours per day, students have time to pursue meaningful work-study experiences, athletic training, creative arts, and hands-on career exploration. This efficient model allows learning to extend beyond the screen and into the real world, helping students develop skills, confidence, and a sense of purpose.

Students at The Village benefit from real-world learning through partnerships with local businesses that serve as hands-on training sites. These experiences allow students to explore different careers, build practical skills, and gain confidence in professional environments—all while still in school. Whether learning to bake in a local café, shadowing a nurse at a healthcare center, or helping manage inventory at a retail shop, students receive mentorship and exposure that goes far beyond the classroom. These work-study loops connect education to purpose, helping students discover what they’re good at, what they enjoy, and where they want to go next—giving them an opportunity to learn and earn along the way. With every partnership, students grow into more capable, prepared, and inspired contributors to their communities.

The Village is deeply committed to restoring dignity and purpose in underprivileged communities—including those affected by poverty, addiction, incarceration, or systemic neglect. Through our Legacy Loop and Second-Chance Programs, we bring hubs directly into public housing developments and community centers—offering mentorship, skill training, job access, and healing environments. Whether reentering society, rebuilding life after addiction, or escaping generational poverty, individuals in these communities are met with structure, respect, opportunity, and belonging—proving that brokenness does not disqualify purpose.

The Village Investment Model transforms education into ownership by giving families a stake in the system they help build. Rather than paying into traditional tuition with no return, The Village families contribute to a community-powered ecosystem where a portion of every contribution supports not only student learning and real-world experiences, but also a shared The Village Investment Fund. 

This fund helps launch new hubs, support long-term growth, and creates opportunities for students to graduate with more than experience—leaving with access to scholarships, portfolio assets, and legacy shares that reflect both their journey and their family's impact.

Our program is deeply rooted in faith and guided by biblical teachings that promote wisdom, service, and personal growth. While subscribing to a specific faith is not required to participate, daily Bible study is part of our curriculum to encourage reflection, character development, and community. All students are expected to uphold biblical standards of behavior, including respect, honesty, and treating others as they wish to be treated. We welcome students of all backgrounds to grow in a safe, values-driven environment that nurtures both heart and mind.
