The Village is a space built intentionally for students.

Designed like a welcoming café, it’s a place where students bring their work, pull up a chair, connect with friends, and grow into who they’re becoming.

Here, students focus.
They collaborate.
They explore what they enjoy.
They discover what they’re good at.
They begin to understand who they want to be — and how to get there.

They are encouraged to connect with their Creator and learn to walk in faith, hope, and love in everyday life.

Working at The Village means helping cultivate that environment.

Our team members are present and engaged. We notice who is sitting alone. We initiate conversation. We guide students toward discipline and ownership. We connect them with opportunity. We model maturity and integrity.

We don’t compete — we collaborate.

We believe every person and every organization carries unique gifts. We value the strengths of others, celebrate them, and lift them up. The Village is not built on comparison, but on contribution. There is room at the table for everyone.

Staff and students alike take ownership of the space — resetting rooms, caring for the environment, and building a culture of respect and shared responsibility.
