We value the unique strengths each person brings and work together to build a culture of respect, responsibility, and belonging.  At The Village, everyone contributes. Staff and students alike take ownership of the space, caring for it as their own.

We actively invite volunteers to be part of this work. We value the wisdom and life experience of retirees, and we partner with nonprofits, businesses, and universities to provide mentorship, support, and real-world opportunities for our students.

Being part of The Village Team is more than filling a role—it’s showing up daily to lead, support, and help shape the next generation through presence, consistency, and example.
